Dear Glen,
Frank and I are sending you and your family love. This was the first summer since we returned to Ohio that Norma and I didn’t have our four-hour breakfast get together in July, or December. I was looking so forward to the border reopening and getting together for some true friendship, laughs and joy at the Orchid.
My life was truly brightened by knowing Norma and enjoying her humor and kindness.
One of my favorite memories was zooming around on Georgian Bay in our teeny-tiny boat!
With love and prayers,
Frank & Lainie Cargould

Dear Glen, Karen & Ryan:
Sorry to be late in sending our condolences. We just read the T-C Rotary’s club bulletin of Norma’s passing. Our memory of Norma as neighbour, Rotary Partner and through business was always of her wonderful smile (as seen in this photo) and her warm personality.
After moving to Thornbury she and Glen really took to being active and involved members of the Beaver Valley community. We will always remember these thoughts.

Thank you Glen for letting me know of Norma’s passing. My sincere condolences to you, Karen & Ryan.
25 years ago Norma and you welcomed me into your home. I’m very grateful for everything you did for me. That year was very special for me and I have fond memories of my time in Canada.
Norma was a great host, a wonderful “mum” and very attentive woman. I have always been very grateful for her warmth and affection. She make my stay unforgettable, I couldn’t have better luck.
You will always be in my memories Norma, you have been a very special person for me. A pity that we finally did not see each other again. I will miss very much, the emails she sent me on time for my birthday and Christmas.
Thank you family. I will never forget you, maybe one day we will meet again

Our condolences to you Glen & the family. I met Norma a few years ago when we golfed in the 9 hole women’s group. Norma could hit that ball but would never acknowledge how good she was. Missed her when she decided to give the golf up but knew she had challenges ahead of her. Bless you all. Ron & Betty Hall.

Dear Glen,
We remember both Norma and yourself from the Probus Club and from snowshoeing. You may remember we actually had lunch together at the inn in Rocklyn after one of our outings. This was our first time to meet Norma, and what a classy lady she was!
Please accept our sincere condolences.
Sincerely, George & Lynn Cornfield, Simcoe, ON.
