Loucks, Helen Marie

Born in Meaford on March 5, 1928, Marie passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025 at WRHN – Queen’s Blvd. at the age of 97.

Beloved wife of the late Carman Loucks (2017).

Loving mother of Keith (Sherley) of Kitchener, Grace Fletch (Don) of Olds, Alberta, David (Jean) of Meaford, Cheryl Ventura (Marcel Guay) of Welland and the late Barbara Jean (1959).

Cherished grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Daughter of the late Ila and Lorne Bumstead. Dear sister of Marjorie and the late Edna, Earl, Pearl, Ruby, Frank, and Shirley. Sister-in-law of George, Doris, Verna, Milford, Clifford, Norman, Jack, Ross, Ronald and Jean.

Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home. A Celebration of Marie’s life will be held at a later date. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
