Our sincere condolences to all of Barb’s family. The best memories of Barb are through curling in Meaford and other towns we travelled to for curling. There were lots of fun times while curling with Barb, followed by socializing after the games where joking and laughter were always abundant with Barb at the table. Having been friends with Dotty through high school and knowing parents, Hazel and Frank, the good humour gene was passed down to their kids. Gunter was a perfect match for Barb as the two of them were very witty and I know Barb missed Gunter dearly since he passed. Hugs, love, thoughts and prayers to Mike/Tracy, Todd/Leah, grandson Alex, as well as Barb’s siblings and families.

    To all of Barb’s family,
I am so sorry to hear of Barb’s death and send condolences to all of you.
I first met Barb on November 29, 1947 at the Meaford Cottage Hospital.
We were both born that day along with another girl , Martha Gandier.
Apparently it was a busy time in that small hospital with three babies born that day.
Hoping your happy memories bring you comfort for the coming years.
