Schultz, Brenda Dianne
Brenda Schultz passed away unexpectedly at her home in Meaford on Friday, April 22, 2022 at the age of 73.

Born in Meaford on January 12, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Eleanor (nee Loucks) Ferris.
Brenda was predeceased by her husband Dave Schultz on November 15, 2013.
She was the much loved mother of Angela and Glenn Morris and Cindy and Oliver Frost.
Brenda was the very proud Grammy of Lauren and Evan Morris and Ella and Amelia Frost.
She will be sadly missed by her brother Bradley Ferris and was predeceased by her sister Darlene Vallins (late Carron). Brenda will be remembered fondly by the Schultz family and by her many nieces, nephews and their families.
Brenda loved life and was a friend to many; she was fondly known as “Brenny” to most of her friends and she always looked forward to time with her “girl group”. She loved to laugh and her sweet smile lit up her entire face. She enjoyed travelling with family and friends to Vegas and Florida. Brenda loved to play euchre, enjoyed spending time gardening in her flower beds and cross country skiing with her sidekick ‘K.C.’ the dog. Baking was one of her favourite and most rewarding pastimes; she won 1st prize for many years for her apple pie and her famous cheesecake was always a hit. She worked for many years as a secretary in the office at the school for the Board of Education. She also took on the role as the “Bill Collector” for Schultz Sanitation and was loved and feared in this position. Brenda had a lead foot and was well known for travelling at a high rate of speed. She talked herself out of many speeding tickets over the years. Brenda and Dave’s home was well known as the hub for entertainment and all were always welcome both in their home or enjoying the view around “Schultz’s Pond”.
Family will receive friends for a public visitation at Ferguson Funeral Home in Meaford on Sunday, May 1st, 2022 from 1 until 4 p.m. A private graveside service of committal and interment will be conducted at Lakeview Cemetery at a later date.
As your expression of sympathy, donations to the Meaford Hospital Foundation or the M.S. Society would be appreciated and may be made through the Ferguson Funeral Home, 48 Boucher St. E., Meaford, ON N4L 1B9 to whom arrangements have been entrusted. www.fergusonfuneralhomes.ca
