Davis, David Melvin

David Davis passed away peacefully at Errinrung Nursing Home in Thornbury on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at the age of 82.

Born in Toronto on November 1, 1943, a son of the late George and Flora (nee House) Davis.

David will be missed by his sister Norma Davis.  He was predeceased by his brother Ronald Davis.

David was born in East York, raised in Thornhill, and eventually moved to Collingwood where he worked for Goodyear.  He and his brother Ronald were very close and enjoyed the outdoors.  They would go camping, fishing, golfing and cycling together.

David and Ronald will both be laid to rest at the First Presbyterian Cemetery in Collingwood.
