Randle, Douglas Edwin 'Doug'
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Douglas Randle who stepped into the arms of his Lord and Savior on January 5, 2024, at the age of 91. Family surrounded him in the days leading up to his passing, and he knew the depth of love surrounding him.
Doug, a devoted husband of 68 years to his beloved wife, Doris, embodied a love that endured the test of time. Together, they embarked on numerous adventures, exploring the world and creating cherished memories that will forever reside in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known them. Their unwavering dedication to their faith in Jesus and commitment to prioritizing love are enduring inspirations. Doug found joy and relaxation in the serene pastimes of golfing and fishing. He was always happy to include his friends and family in these activities.
Doug’s legacy endures through the cherished memories he shared with his children, Laurie, Britt, and Michael, who fondly remember the joy of skiing, garage sales, camping, trips, and fishing. He is deeply missed by his sons-in-law, Thomas and Keith, and daughter-in-law, Jeannine. Doug’s influence extends even further as a grandfather to Ashley (Eric), Christopher (Jenn) and Lucas, and as a great-grandfather to Hazel (daughter of Ashley & Eric).
He was the much-loved brother of Patsy Cook (Doug), and was predeceased by his sister Donna Smith (late Harry). Doug will be remembered fondly by Doris’s family and by his nieces, nephews and their families.

Dear Laurie and Keith and all the family:
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your dear father. John and I have met your mom and dad on several occasions and they were sure a sweet couple. John had golfed with your dad a few times in Keith’s golf tournament. Being together for 68 beautiful years is such a blessing. We will be praying your you, your mom, your siblings and all the extended family. God Bless You. It is difficult to lose a parent at any age. May you find comfort in knowing he is safe with Jesus.
Love and Prayers
