Wayne & Judy, Bruce & Mary and your families,
My sincere sympathy to you and your families. Your Mom and Dad have been friends of our family for as long as I can remember, and shared a lot of good times together. There were lots of stories told around our kitchen table about their escapades!
Betty was one of the hardest workers St. Georges’ church ever had and was a good person to go to for guidance about all matters of church business. You can be sure she will always be remembered as a gr, and the lifelong friends who will miss her forever.
Sincerely,
Gwen Hutchinson and family.

As I said to Judy this morning when she called with the news: end of an era. Although we didn’t see a lot of her in her later years, she will always be our Auntie Betty who treated us so well. The Saunders and Harvey families certainly had some wonderful times together. Auntie Betty’s Thanksgiving dinners were the best and a Thornbury visit was often anticipated with excitement — good food, fresh air and good times! Such fond memories. So glad we had her — and all of you — in our lives. Hope she’s enjoying a good Chardonnay with our mom right now!

Dear Wayne, Judy, Bruce, Mary & Erin, Erika, Eric and Families
Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Betty was a lovely person. She was dedicated to her church, the Town of Thornbury as Clerk for many years and her family. Although it has been awhile, when we spoke, she always gave me updates on her grandchildren. To Wayne & Judy, the care and dedication you had when Betty lived with you was amazing. Cherish all the wonderful memories you have. They will help in times of grief.
Hugs to all.

Wayne & Judy, Bruce & Mary and families.
Our sincere condolences in your Mom’s passing. Betty was quite a busy and ambitious lady.
Though Rick knew Betty far longer than myself, I was fortunate to work along side Betty for a few years at The Specialty Shop, as well as with Kathy and Evelyn. Working in Kathy Gardner’s ladies clothing store we all shared so many fun times creating many fond memories to cherish …………… not to mention owning a lot of really nice clothes.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Harvey family.
God Bless.

Dear Bruce and Mary, Wayne and Judy.
Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.
Betty was an exceptional human being. She was generous, loving and brilliant in many ways. I had the pleasure and honour of working with her for many years. She did her level best to advise me on matters that we’re both foreign and new to me. Not an easy task! She was my protector, mentor and a friend.
She will be missed and remembered fondly by many.
May God bless
