Garth and I were just talking about your mom last week. We both smiled and talked about trips to Day Away that we had with her. We know you have many good memories and it’s clear from the comments that others have them as well. I think she was in the audience when my choir (Goldenaires) sang at the long term care home in December.

    To Laura’s Family –
I am sorry to learn of your recent loss. Although I had not seen Laura in many years, reading of her life brings back so many memories of the 10th line and time spent with our wonderful friends and neighbours in the community. Thinking of you at this difficult time of saying goodbye to your loved one.

    Dear Folks,
In our home growing up, your Mom was held up as the model for a strong woman. Dad and Mom made positive comments on her strength, as a young widow with four children. Throughout the years, their admiration of your Mom continued. In retirement years, when Dad would go to your Mom for eggs, we knew it would be hours before he came home. They had to have a chat. How fortunate you were and are to have the memories of her determination to make the best of situations. Keep each other close. Your family was her ultimate success.
