Vaughan, Robert Cyril 'Bob'
June 21, 1934 - May 1, 2023
Surrounded by his family at home in London, ON, Bob Vaughan, in his 89th year, passed away peacefully at home May 1, 2023 into the presence of God and his Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Born June 21, 1934, to Vera (Hannigan) and Kenneth Edward Vaughan, Bob and his older brother Marcus (2001) spent their formative years moving everywhere from London to Dunnville to Niagara Falls to St. Thomas to Simcoe to Brantford and back to Dunnville, etc. in sometimes multiple houses in each town. When he and his wife of 63 years, Shirley (Londry) and their two children moved into a house in London in 1972, he said he did not want to move again…and they did not.
A father who delighted in his children, he leaves behind Michele (Renato) and Bradley (Julie) and his grandchildren, Marco, Laura (Jack) and Christina Alessandrini along with his extended family whom he loved.
Bob worked at London Life for 35 years and enjoyed close friends from there throughout his retirement. He also worked part-time for Compassion Canada for about 8 years after he retired along with activities at North Park Community Church where he and Shirley have attended for close to 50 years where he leaves behind many friends.
Bob enjoyed baseball and played Junior hockey in his younger days. He loved music and the car was full of singing with his kids on fishing trips and other vacations.
A special thank you for all of the in-home support and care provided by the Saint Elizabeth team, Sarah, Dr. Kanwar, and the P.S.W.’s from ParaMed and V.O.N.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 2 pm at Lakeview Cemetery, 382 Graham Street, Meaford, ON, with a reception following.

We are so sorry to hear this news, but rejoicing that Bob is with the Lord! We are away on holidays or would have been at the service and brought mom with us.
We will be praying for all of you, what a wonderful husband, father, and grandpa, such a blessed family!
