Wilson, Robert John 'Bob'

Bob Wilson, a resident of Meaford, passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound on April 15, 2021 at the age of 70 following a brief illness.

Born in Engelhart, ON on April 20, 1950, he was a son of the late Gordon and Edith (nee Watson) Wilson. He will be remembered by his daughter Lisa Rowe-Wilson, grandsons Aedan Donovan Smith and Elijah Carter Smith and by his two beloved cats. Bob is survived also by his sisters Fay Abell, Elma MacDonald (Don), Grace Oblinsky (Ron) and by his brothers Stanley and James Wilson. He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy Moos and sister Marion and brother Carl, both in infancy. Remembered also by his brothers-in-law James Abell and Charles Moos and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Words cannot explain how we feel about what has happened with the passing of a wonderful and loving Dad, Grandpa and friend to everyone he met. Robert John Wilson will be missed by everyone dearly. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. ‘We miss you so very much.’
