What a loss ! Shannon was a great sister-in-law. Anyone would be happy to call her that ! She was fun to be around and would do anything for anyone! I especially missed our shopping trips at the malls in Kitchener. She always loved her Tim Horton’s coffee. She will be missed by everyone! Wherever she is now, it is a happier place to have her there.

Shannon’s passing is one that has been and will be felt by many; from her endless chats to her contagious laugh. She was such a wonderful person, she helped anyone, anyway that she could. You could stand around for hours talking with her!

We are so very very sorry to hear of Shannon’s passing. We have so many memories of growing up with her and our older sister babysitting us and trying to keep us out of trouble. As we got older, remember her visits and Family Reunions with her own daughter Pam and then grandchildren. She always had a smile and a laugh to share. She was a force to be reckoned with and throughout all her health issues, she carried on like nothing could stop her. We haven’t seen her for quite awhile which I’m very sorry for but upon hearing of her passing, so many memories came up and I just wanted her to know she was always loved and always will be. Such a Special Woman.
Condolences to Willy, Pam and grandchildren. Love Always and Forever Shannon. God has another Special Angel. XOXO

Back in the early 1970’s Shannon was someone cool with a car who gave us rides to Stanley Knights. We all worked there at various times. We will always recall her telling us “never leave someone when you’ve had a disagreement – always kiss & hug and make up.” It was good advice – “always make your memories good ones – just in case it is your last “.
More recently we all met up, after so many decades, at Pat Shepperd’s had coffee & talked about lots of things – old memories, family and those we knew. Shannon was quick with a reminiscence – honest but not unkind and we enjoyed the afternoons talking and laughing. It’s good to have those memories as the last ones.
