Sheri Haines passed away peacefully at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood with family by her side on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at the age of 60.
Born in Meaford on June 8, 1963 and raised in Thornbury. She was the cherished daughter of LaVerne and Cindy (nee Oldfield) Haines.
Sheri was the proud mother of her pride and joy, Hailey Haines, who is going to miss her mom like crazy, she was ‘her everything’ and meant the world to her. She loved her beloved fur babies, Sam and Dean, who brought her so much comfort and joy during challenging times.
She is survived by her brother Scott Haines and his wife Kim, and nephews Todd and Bradley, as well as her niece Kaitlynn. Sheri will be remembered fondly by her uncle Brian Haines (Maryann).
Sheri’s infectious smile and the happiness she shared will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends who considered her a part of their own family. In this time of sorrow, we remember Sheri for the love she gave and the light she brought into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in peace.
There will be no formal funeral service at this time. Sheri’s life will be celebrated at a later date to be announced.
