Trela, Wesley

February 25, 1965 - June 12, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we sadly announce the passing of our brother, uncle, Godfather, and friend, Wesley Trela on June 12, 2024 in Meaford, Ontario in his 59th year.

Wesley was born in Mielec, Poland in 1965 to Ted and Krystina (nee Kolek) Trela. He will be missed by his brothers John (Laurie) and Adam Trela as well as his nephew and Godson Mathew Trela.

Wesley is going to be missed by his many friends at the Meaford Place Group. He will be remembered by the residents there as a friend to everyone, with the uncanny ability to say just the right thing to bring smiles to everyone’s faces. He will be remembered for his intelligence and special interest in astronomy.

Wesley thoughtfully enjoyed the peaceful living that this area provided him away from the city, forming lasting connections in the community.
